Khajoor Barfi (Sugar Free)

Recipe of Khajoor Barfi




Ingredients

Khajoor - 750 gms
Badam - 1/2 cup
Kaju - 1/2 cup
Pista- 1/2 cup
Khus khus : 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tbs
Elaychi powder- 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder - 1/2 tsp
Silver work
Aluminum foil

Procedure
  1. Deseed Khajoor and soak   for 10 mins in warm milk, and grind it.
  2. Take 1/4 tbs of Ghee in nonstick pan and add all Dry fruits and roast it for crunchy texture,and take out .
  3. Heat remaining Ghee in same pan. Add Khajoor paste it, saute it continuously,Til glaze.
  4. Add roasted Khus Khus and roasted Dry fruits in it.
  5. For flavor add Elaychi powder and Nutmeg powder.
  6. Saute it 5 mins on medium flame.
  7. Cool the mixture completely.
  8. Take Aluminium foil, place 1/2 mixture on it and roll it in foil and close tightly from both side, repeat same with remaining mixture.
  9. Keep the rolls in Refrigerator for 30 mins.
  10. Take out rolls from refrigerator , remove aluminium foil.
  11. Apply Silver work on it.
  12. Cut in to pieces and serve it.
