Awesome weather Raining heavily here so instead of Bhajiyas with Tea made Indonesian Snacks with Indian Tadka.
Mint Sesame Tempeh Goreng (Fried) with Hot Home made Sambal and Hot Jasmine Tea.
Tempeh is a traditional soy product originally from Indonesia. It is made by a natural culturing and controlled fermentation process that binds soybeans into a cake form, similar to a very firm vegetarian burger patty.
It originated in today's Indonesia, and is especially popular on the island of Java, where it is a staple source of protein.
It really takes time to develop taste for Tempeh, because in India as per my Knowledge is not available, it is purely Indonesian.
Once your taste develop , I can assure you will definitely fall in Loveeeeeeeeeee with it..............
