Tangy Pudhina Chutny


Ingredients:
  1. Coriander :2 Cups
  2. Coconut :1/2 Cup
  3. Mint: 1/2 Cup
  4. Thick Yogurt: 1 Cup
  5. Mayonnaise :1.5 tbs
  6. Lemon Juice : 2 tbs
  7. Ginger : 1/2 inch
  8. Garlic Cloves: 3 nos
  9. Chilies: 7
  10. Cumin : 1 tsp
  11. Sugar( as per Test)
  12. Salt ( as per Test)

Procedure:
  1. Grind all ingredient except Yogurt, Mayonnaise and Lemon juice in Mixer.
  2. After coarse crush add Yogurt,Mayonnaise and Lemon Juice Grind it again in Mixer.
  3. Keep Chutny in Refrigerator around 20 mins before serving.
I can assure you it will taste awesome.

Note: Do not grind Chutny for long time, It will become bitter.
