Tangy Pudhina Chutny
Ingredients:
- Coriander :2 Cups
- Coconut :1/2 Cup
- Mint: 1/2 Cup
- Thick Yogurt: 1 Cup
- Mayonnaise :1.5 tbs
- Lemon Juice : 2 tbs
- Ginger : 1/2 inch
- Garlic Cloves: 3 nos
- Chilies: 7
- Cumin : 1 tsp
- Sugar( as per Test)
- Salt ( as per Test)
Procedure:
- Grind all ingredient except Yogurt, Mayonnaise and Lemon juice in Mixer.
- After coarse crush add Yogurt,Mayonnaise and Lemon Juice Grind it again in Mixer.
- Keep Chutny in Refrigerator around 20 mins before serving.
I can assure you it will taste awesome.
Note: Do not grind Chutny for long time, It will become bitter.
