Falahari Dosa accompanied by Amti,Coconut Green Chutny & Alloo Ki Sabji

Serves: 8 to 10 Dosa

Preparation time: 5 mins
Resting time: 3 to 4 hrs
Cooking Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

  1. Sabudana (Tapioca Sago) : 1 Cup
  2. Mordhan (Bhagar): 1.5 Cup
  3. Curd: 1 Cup
  4. Water: 1.5 cup
  5. Salt: as per taste
  6. Ghee (oil): as required
Procedure:

  1. Soak Sabudana and Mordhan in Curd and little water for 2 hrs.
  2. Grind Soaked items, add salt in it and make fine and smooth batter, consistency same as we make normal rice dosa.
  3. Heat Nonstick Dosa Tawa, pour 1/2 tsp of ghee on it and whip it by using wet cloth, so that excess heat is absorbed.
  4. Now, use a flat bottomed katora and spread the batter on the tawa. Begin from the center and go on spreading till you think it is even and has spread itself properly.
  5. Add little ghee on top of Dosa . Be patient especially if you want to make it on a low flame. And if you want to get it quick, increase the flame but not too high and be watchful of how much has been cooked.
  6. As soon as you can spot golden colour through the sides and the middle of the Dosa, take a flat ladle (or a wooden thin spatula) and instead of flipping it just roll it over from one end to the other. It needs practice, but once you master the art, you will only enjoy it.
  7. Serve With Hot Peanut Amti, Aalloo Ki Sabji and Coconut Green Chutny.
Hope You will like its, its easy and Any queries please let me know will surely try to resolve it.
