Valentine Special : Triveni Shahi Tukda Sandwich

Valentine’s Day is approaching in next few days, What better way is there to demonstrate your love for your precious one than with a special "Valentine's Day menu", just for him!

Shahi Tukda is an amusing,Tasty Hyderabadi dessert, prepared using bread and Rabri. The genuine variety of Shahi Tukda, calls for consumption of full fat milk and profound frying bread in ghee till a golden brown gloom is attained.  It is a simple dessert which can be prepared in maximum 50 min with Bread, Sugar and Milk as main ingredient

For a change, I added blueberry flavor and arranged in a stack form three layers of bread on Rabri , 1st layer, rose flavor of Gulkand and topped with Almonds, second layer with blueberries and top layer with Rabri and Pistachio.
