Chicken Tortilla Wrap with Spicy Tangy Salsa and Mustard Mayo Dip

Much of the pleasure of eating this wrap comes from crunchy textures of lettuce with flavored chicken and vegetables and roll up for a tasty Wrap.

Chicken Tortilla Wrap with Spicy Tangy Salsa and Mustard Mayo Dip




Preparation time: 15 mins

Ingredients:
  1. Tortillas: 4 Nos
  2. Chicken Breast : 500 gms
  3. Red Bell Peppers: 1 nos
  4. Yellow Bell Pepper : 1 nos
  5. Ice-burg Lettuce: 200 gms
  6. Broccoli flowers: 1/2 cup
  7. Baby Corn : 5 nos
  8. Carrot: 1 nos
  9. Onion: 1 no
  10. Crushed Black Pepper : 1 1/2 tsp
  11. Honey: 1 tbs
  12. Basil: 1 tsp
  13. Nutmeg Powder: 1/4 tsp
  14. Cardamon Powder: 1/8 tsp
  15. Olive Oil: 2 tbs
  16. Salt: as per taste
  17. Cheddar Cheese shredded: 1/2 cup
  18. Mayonnaise: 1 Cup
  19. Mustard Sauce: 1 tbs
  20. Oregano: 1 tsp
  21. Garlic Powder : 1 tbs
  22. Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
  23. Lemon zest:  1 tsp
Procedure:

We can divide procedure in 4 steps.

Vegetable Filling:


  1. Cut all vegetables(3,4,7,8,9)  in to thin slices.
  2. Heat 1 tsp of Olive oil in pan and add all vegetables except onion.
  3. Add Oregano and salt Seasoning and toss it on high flame for 2 mins. Crunchy vegetables are ready now keep it aside and allow it to cool completely.
Grilled Chicken:


  1. Wash Chicken breast and Begin by pounding the fillets to an even ½-inch thickness. This both tenderizes the meat and ensures even cooking. It makes sense — left in their natural shape, the thin side of the fillet dries out while the thicker side finishes cooking.
  2. Now in Bowl Mix 1 tbs of olive oil, Crushed black pepper,Garlic powder, Honey, Nutmeg Powder, Cardamon powder, Basil, Lemon Juice and Salt and whisk it.
  3. Now add tendered Chicken breast and give nice massage and marinate it for 20 mins and keep it in refrigerator.
  4. Now Heat Pan and pour little oil and place breasts on it and grill it on medium flame. don't over cook it.
  5. Now cut this cooked Chicken into cubes.
Mustard Mayo Dip and Spread:
  1. Whisk Mayonnaise, mustard sauce, Garlic Powder, Lemon zest, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder and Olive oil together spread is ready.
Chicken Tortilla Wrap:
  1. In another pan take some  olive oil and lightly roast the tortillas.
  2. On Toasted Tortilla spread Mustard Mayo spread, ice burg lettuce, vegetables, Chicken cubes, Onion slices and Cheese and roll up tightly and press to flatten slightly and again place it on hot pan for less than 1 min , then halve and serve with Tangy spicy Salsa .
