Chocolate Brownies are undoubtedly everybody’s favourite, and if we paired them with delicious Almonds, it adds more dimension and flavour. What I love about this recipe is you don't have to use an electric beater, ingredients can be just mixed together in a bowl using a spoon or a rubber spatula! If you ask me, I love batter of these brownies as it is...try it when you make it...It is yummmmm!
These brownies are very moist and melts in your mouth instantly. We can make them within a few minutes with the ingredients which are easily available at our kitchen. These Brownies are perfect for your tea parties and can also be served as dessert with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream.

Chocolate Almond Brownie Cake:
Preparation Time: 15 mins
Baking Time: 25 to 30 mins
Serves: >20 pcs
Ingredients:
- Refined flour: 2 cup
- Cocoa Powder : 1 cup
- Baking Powder: 1 tsp
- Baking Soda: 1/2 tsp
- Sugar: 1/4 cup
- Condense milk: 1 cup
- Egg: 1 no
- Vanilla essence : 1/8 tsp
- Almond flakes: 1 cup
- Milk: as per requirement
- Salt: pinch
- Butter: 1/2 cup
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Sift the flour, a pinch of salt, Baking Soda,Baking powder and cocoa into a bowl.
- Now add sugar and mix with other ingredients.
- When the dry ingredients are mixed well, add the wet ingredients into the mixture.
- Add melted butter, one egg, vanilla essence,condense milk, then whisk all the ingredients for 1 minute until they become smooth and lumps free.
- Take a square baking dish and grease it lightly using butter. Now dust it with flour
- Now pour the mixture/batter in the baking dish and sprinkle almond flakes on top of it evenly and bake in oven at 180 degrees on lower coil for 25-30 mins or till knife comes out clean.
- Let it rest for 15 mins after you take it out of oven. Cover it with a plate or chopping board and turn it upside down. Now carefully lift the baking dish upwards by releasing the brownie block.
- Let it cool further for one hour and cut square shaped pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
- Serve with coffee/tea or serve warm with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce. Heat in microwave for 20 secs before serving.
Note: If you want to make it egg less than increase little amount of butter means inplace of 1/2 cup use 3/4 cup.
